WhatSpend provides an AI-powered expense tracking service via WhatsApp. You may send messages to log expenses, receive insights, and manage your finances. Usage is subject to our pay-as-you-go pricing model (see Pricing).
Messages sent via WhatsApp are processed by our AI to provide expense tracking features. We prioritize your privacy and only store data necessary for service delivery. While WhatsApp offers end-to-end encryption, any data shared with WhatSpend is subject to our internal privacy policies.
Users must provide clear and accurate expense details (e.g., "Coffee $5") in a single message for optimal AI processing. Misuse, spam, or abuse of the service, including excessive or irrelevant messages, may result in service suspension.
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the service if we detect unusual activity, misuse, or violations of these terms. This includes but is not limited to, automated bot usage, excessive requests, or fraudulent activity.
WhatSpend is provided “as-is” with no guarantees regarding accuracy, availability, or uptime. We are not responsible for incorrect expense tracking due to unclear user messages or WhatsApp platform disruptions.
We reserve the right to modify our pricing and features at any time based on operational costs. Users will be notified in advance of any pricing changes.
Refunds for wallet recharges or credits (including promotional credits) are at the sole discretion of WhatSpend. Requests must be submitted via support@whatspend.com. Refunds will be considered based on account activity, transaction history, and other factors we deem relevant.
By sending a WhatsApp message to WhatSpend, you agree to opt-in for the service and accept these terms. You can opt-out at any time by contacting support@whatspend.com.
